This weeks challenge over at Pals Paper Arts is a colour one. As soon as I saw the colours I thought hmm that could make a great male card and well today is my 7th wedding anniversary so why not make a card for my hubby!! Now looking at my card its kinda planish lol but hey its for a male and they don't need glitter and pretties hahah. Pals Paper Arts challenges is run by a group of Stampin' Up! Demos and they aim to primarily use SU only! It was just the motivation I needed to get back into my Stampin Up! Supplies :) So anyway here are the colours and below is my card, the layout is cased from the Aussie SU catty! I love using the Catty for inspiration.

Some Exciting news!!!

I am so excited and have been busting at the seams to tell you all!!!! That myself and my sister Susannah have taken over The Soapdish!!!! We have been in training with our mentor Gabbie heheh. Here are some soaps we made today, below is honey oatmeal YUMMY!!!

This is me making my new Fav soap Honey Macadamia.........DIVINE!!!! Wont be available for 3 weeks. P.s like my goggles hahaha.

Susannah and I are so excited and cant wait to keep making some regualr fav soaps from the soapdish and also finding new flavours or should say scents hahah. Anyway pop over here to check it all out.

P.s I picked a winner for Melbourne cup today and won some money!!!! I said to my husband I want to bet on "Shocking" (thats the name of the horse) as wouldnt it be shocking if it won hahha and it did yay me!!!

Halloween Fun with the Woods Girls!

Today I had a lovely BBQ and visit with my sister Paula, it was a fabulous night, my sister Susannah came too, so was great to have the 3 sisters, our hubbies and 8 kiddies running around. Paula had her house decorated with Halloween stuff and she had brough this wig, hat and nose to wear when trick or treaters came around. Anyway after dinner we all decided to try it on and take some funny pics heheh. Paula is quite possibly going to kill me for putting this pic up hahahahh or she wll pull out a REALLY bad old pic of me and post it on her blog Im sure!! MDUC # 25 & Friday sketch #75

Hello....sorry this is going to be a rushed scheduled post as Im about to leave for Ocean Grove for my friends housewarming and wont be back until tomorrow (Sunday) night. Anyway this weeks challenge is distressing! I love distressing paper with a edge distresser and ink, just gorgeous. How gorgeous is this stamp!! Now Im going to toot my own horn again and say Im quite proud and chuffed at how good my card turned out!!! Im loving these papers YUMMY!! This card is also going to be for my friends housewarming.......although I love it that much I kinda want to keep it heheheh. Anyway ooh almost forgot I have used the sketch from Friday Skethes...I turned the sketch too this angle.

Mduc #24 trick or treat!

Well we are home from our holiday in QLD booooooooooooo hooooo!! Now to unpack and get back into the swing of things heheh. So this week for Magnolia down under challenges the theme is trick or treat!! I love halloween, speaking of halloween while i was in Qld I brought tickets to Movie worlds after hourse halloween fright night!!! OMG soooo awesome had the streets with spooky shit, spooky costumes, smoke machines on every corner, zombie mazes, horror movies etc sooo much fun and sooo scary well one thing was scary it was called something dragon and yeh lets say it was that scary I wet my pants!!! I will show u a pic of the zombie bride and groom that roamed the movieworld streets heheh.

DT card For MDU!

Well hello from beautiful sunny QLD!! Yes I am still here on holidays and not wanting to come home to Victoria as I hear its crazy cold and hail brrr. Anyway before I left for QLD I recieved my first DT kit for Magnolia Down Under Store yummy!! I just love this 60's tilda how gorgeous is she licking her lollypop! The papers are also Magnolia and go quite well with this tilda dont u think? All the DSP on this card as well as gorgeous 60's tilda can be found here in the magnolia down under store, so pop on over as stock is seling fast!! I cant wait to get home and use the rest of my goodies I brought from the MDU store YUMMY! Anyway back to my holiday and some fun in the sun!
