TGF 12 days of sketches sketch #8

I must be feeling ill or something, 3 posts in one day!!! I tell you I am LOVING this 12 days of sketches with the greeting farm! I think I may even feel lost when it finishes heheh. So anyway onto sketch 8 I loved LOVED this sketch when I saw it but then when I tried to make it into a card it just wasnt happening it was feeling kinda empty. So my bestie Kell said why dont you add some buttons or brads and well what do you know Voila it looks complete! Thanks babe. Sketch 6 & 7 {12 days of sketches}

Ok so back with sketch 6 & 7 I loved these sketches, I also LOVED sketch 5 which I will show at a later date. Im also loving these Basic grey papers called Origins! Sketch 4 of 12 days of sketches with the greeting farm! Im having sooo much fun with these sketches! I have also completed sketch 5, 6 & 7 which I will show at a later stage, Im hanging out to see what sketch 8 is!! Anyway I really struggled with this sketch it was defiantly a challenge for me! I have used October afternoon Farm fresh papers and Distress inks to colour my image. I hope you like, I will be back soon with the rest of the sketches.

12 days of sketches Sketch #3

Well hello! Can somebody plese roll me out of bed I ate & drank too much christmas eve and christms day heheheh. I had a lovely christmas, great food, and great company the kids had a wonderful time, I just love watching their excitement as they open their presents. Today hubby is at work and me and the kids are chilling in our pjs! So anyway I have this next card for sketch 3 of TGF 12 days of sketches. I am having sooo much fun with these sketches, and since Im having a chill out day today I m going to work on the next 2 sketches. Anyway I will show you the sketch and my card then I will tell you my top favs and least favs for Christmas.

So my least fav thing on xmas days was after dinner not being able to fit in plum pudding! hehe

And my most fav moment was dinner fun and lots of laughs with my 2 sisters and our hubby's and 8 children in total! My mum and Dad would have been soo happy to see the 3 of us and all their grandkiddies having a lovely night with lots of yum Food that we prepared. My sister Paula even made pork its was delicious (but still nothing will beat our Dads pork)

TGF 12 days of sketches {Sketch 1 & 2} & CCC#71

Splendid stamping with The greeting farm are having a 12 days of sketches challenge, you have until January 3rd to finish all 12 sketches and upload them to the gallery. From entering each challenge you go into a draw to win the entire January TGF release OMG!! I personally love this challenge as I have about 10 or so TGF stamps some that had not even been inked {OMG I KNOW CRAZY} and these challenges are making me use my whole range that I have YAY. Im really enjoying the sketches so far. I will be back tomorrow with sketch 3! Here is sketch 1 & 2. {P.s I flipped sketch 1} I have also entered this into cupcake craft challenge which is Celebrate, and Im celebrating friendships with this first card.

MDUC # 29, Friday Sketches &

Hellooo! Back again with MDUC next challenge which is to use a magnolia stamp and make it into something else, for example use a xmas stamp but make it a birthday card just like what I have done with mine this week. I also used the Friday sketchers sketch for this weeks card and I have also played with Die cut dreams challenge blog and their theme is glitter me silly!

Hmm looking at my card I think its lacking a bit, maybe needed some more layers? Oh well never mind, I still like it. Lots of exciting news to share!

Wow what an exciting few days!! First of all I just found out I won Susies sassy challenge and get to be their guest dt!! WOW WOW Just so you know I have NEVER won any challenges....um ok I lie lol I just remember winning one of Makeesha's challenges heheh oh and a challenge blog my sister started but i was the only entrant heheheh. So yeh totally stoked about this. Then.... I also noticed Im one of the winners of challenge 43 over at the Pink Elephant OMG!! Yes my head is expanding and my head band will no longer stay on my head. LOL.

So the most exciting news of all is that my best friend just had a baby girl today YAYAYAY. Now your probably wonderind why I have a boy card here heheh well you see I had only made a baby girl card cause I was convinced she was having a girl {The baby girl card won pink elephant} anyway so late lastnight I thought hmm I better make a boy card as a back up. I used these gorgeous magnolia papers which will be available soon at Magnolia Down Under.

And here is my gorgeous stamp available from Magnolia Down Under, this was a present from Kellie for being her Store DT, and for being her bff LOL she gave me the butterfly one, which I will show in the next couple of days. Make sure you pop over to MDU to get your personalised stamps, there are a few designs to choose from. I have used the scallop circle punch and white gel pen on this stamp.

A few challenges in 1 card :)

Good morning! Finally I have made a card for anya ink challenges, I cant believe they are up to challenge 11 I have been wanting to play along since the 1st one heheh. Anyway this weeks challenge is to use Acetate on your creation.....at first I thought ok might give this one a miss lol, but then my brain got working and ideas started flowing. I have used this princess Anya isnt she adorable! I have used my distress inks to colour her, and my dsp is sasafrass lass. Check out my croquet {is that how u spell it?} flowers how gorgeous are they!! Alison makes them and I brought some off her at the last camp.....I think I might put my order in for LOTS more. The challenge for cupcake craft challenges is make a 5x5 birthday card, this is going to be my friends little daughter charlettes bday card she is a little princess. Anyone for Anya challenge this week is Bling it on! This anya just screams glitter me dont u think!

The acetate is filling in the die cute shape! Im quite happy how my card turned out, its a bit plainer than I would have liked, my I still like it. My frilly stuff at the bottom just finishes it I think? Thanks Kell im loving my frilly's you gave me.
